All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product.

3. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors in pricing or product information.

4. Manufacturing & Lead Times

Many acoustic treatment products are made to order.

Lead times are estimates and not guarantees.
Delays caused by material availability, shipping carriers, or force majeure events are not our responsibility.

5. Shipping

Shipping times vary based on location and carrier.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because many acoustic treatment products are made to order:

Custom or made-to-order acoustic panels and bass traps are non-returnable, unless defective or damaged on arrival.
Standard, non-custom products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original condition.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued after inspection and approval.

7. Digital Products (if applicable)

All digital products are non-refundable once delivered.
Unauthorized sharing or resale is prohibited.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, designs, logos, and products, is the property of Purple Banana Audio and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Improper installation or use of products
Differences in perceived acoustic results
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
