Refund & Returns

Overview

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and stand behind the quality of our products. Because many of our acoustic products are made to order, the following policy outlines what can and cannot be returned, and under what conditions refunds may be issued.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Custom or made-to-order acoustic panels and bass traps are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are manufactured specifically for your order.

If a custom product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to repair, replace, or otherwise resolve the issue.

Standard (Non-Custom) Products

Standard, non-custom products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Damage & Defect Claims

Damage or defect claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include clear photos of the product and packaging when contacting us.

Claims reported after this window may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a return is approved, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged on arrival.

Refund Process

Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.

Approved refunds will be applied to the original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund:

  • First, check your bank account or payment provider again
  • Then contact your credit card company, as processing times can vary
  • Next, contact your bank

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Payments

We accept payments through PayPal and Stripe.
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout.
